Santo Domingo, D.N.- La Alcaldía del Distrito Nacional (ADN) informa que ha realizado de manera exitosa las asambleas para la consulta del Presupuesto Participativo Municipal 2023 (PPM) en los distintos sectores de las tres circunscripciones que conforman la ciudad.
Las asambleas están contenidas en los estatutos del Concejo Municipal contemplado en su capítulo III, artículo 236 sobre Presupuesto Participativo que “el sistema de Presupuesto Participativo Municipal (PPM), que tiene por objeto establecer los mecanismos de participación ciudadana en la discusión, elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto del municipio, especialmente en lo concerniente al 40 por ciento de la transferencia que reciben los municipios del Presupuesto Nacional por la Ley”.
Estas consultas buscan fortalecer los procesos de autogestión local y asegurar la participación protagónica de las comunidades en la identificación y priorización de las ideas de proyectos.
El cabildo capitalino realizo este trabajo de la mano con los barrios a través de la Dirección de Desarrollo Comunitario y la Comisión de Presupuesto Participativo de los concejales presidida por la regidora Francisca Jáquez y que cuenta con la representación de los regidores Yovany Moya para la circunscripción 1, Francis Hernández para la circunscripción 2 y Yasser Domínguez de la circunscripción 3.
Desde el pasado jueves 27 de octubre se estuvieron realizando las asambleas iniciando en la circunscripción número 1 la cual estuvo compuesta por seis bloques.
En el bloque 1 fueron consultados los sectores Atala, Cacique y 30 de Mayo y en el bloque 2 el INVI Norte, Manresa, KM 11, San José, KM 7, Enriquillo y KM 8, en el Club Miramar.
En el bloque 3 se contempló a Matahambre en el Club Orlando Martínez. En tanto que el bloque 4, fue en los Praditos, Quisqueya y Los Platanitos en el Club Picapiedras.
Los bloques 5 y 6 celebraron sus asambleas en el Club San Carlos los sectores San Carlos, Gazcue, Ciudad Universitaria y Don Bosco.
La circunscripción número 2 realizo sus consultas iniciando con el bloque 1 que corresponde a Ensanche La Fe y La Agustina en el Club La Agustina, seguido por el bloque 2 con La Agustinita, Cristo Rey, El Caliche y Puerto Isabela en el Club Los Cachorros.
Luego efectuaron sus consultas los bloques 3 y 4. El primero incluyó a Altos de Arroyo Hondo II, Perantuein y El Aguacate, en el Salón Comunitario Los Ramírez y el segundo, a Villa Marina, La 800 y La Esperanza de Los Ríos, en la Escuela Costa Rica.
El bloque 5 con Los Próceres en la cancha de Los Próceres y el 6 con el sector El Claret de Los Jardines en el Club que lleva el mismo nombre.
Mientras que en el bloque 7 fue consultado Los Peralejos, en la Escuela José Bordas Valdez y en el bloque 8 los barrios Los Girasoles y Palma Real, en la Funeraria Los Girasoles.
Para la circunscripción 3 las asambleas incluyeron un primer bloque con la participación del sector Capotillo en el Salón de actos del Hospital Doctor Moscoso Puello y el segundo a La Zurza celebrada en la funeraria del mismo sector.
A los bloques 3 y 4 le correspondieron los barrios 27 de Febrero en la Capilla Corazón de Jesús y Villas Agrícolas en el Club Los Pioneros.Mientras que al bloque 5 le tocó Villa María y al bloque 6 el Ensanche Luperón, ambas asambleas se llevaron a cabo en la Cooperativa del Servidor Municipal del Distrito Nacional.
Las consultas de los bloques 7, 8 y 9 estuvieron compuesta por Villa Consuelo en el Club Rafael Barías, Villa Juana en el Salón Escuela Mauricio Báez y Los Guandules en el Club Bomberitos.
Participaron en los bloques 10 y 11 La Ciénaga en el Salón Bomberitos y Las Cañitas en la escuela Las Cañitas.
El bloque 12 contempló el sector Simón Bolívar en Politécnico Nuestra Señora del Carmen y el bloque 13 al 24 de Abril en la escuela que lleva el nombre de dicho sector. Mientras que el bloque 14 corresponde a Guachupita en Escuela Rafael Solano y el bloque 15 Gualey en Agrocudegua.
Las consultas cerraron con los bloques 16 y 17 los cuales correspondieron a Mejoramiento Social realizada en el Club Bameso y Villa Francisca en la Iglesia Católica del sector.
Las obras más solicitadas fueron aceras y contenes, drenaje pluvial y cámaras de seguridad.
La Alcaldía del Distrito Nacional agradeció a todos los sectores, al liderazgo comunitario y organizaciones sociales por integrarse a esta jornada de asambleas mediante las cuales se lograrán trabajos de gran beneficio para la ciudad y que serán anunciados según sean realizados.
